House System
As per the Public School norms the entire students’ body from class I to XII is divided into four houses, namely Tulip House (Red House), Daffodil House (Yellow House), Orchid House (Blue House), Jasmine House (Green House) to organize regular Inter- House Competitions throughout the year.
Library
The School Library is well stocked with books on various subjects including a special reference section. Fresh titles are added to on a regular basis. The library subscribes to a wide range of popular magazines, journals and dailies. Students are advised to make the best use of the library & develop a habit of reading.
Laboratory
The school has a ‘Laboratory Block’ consisting of Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Drawing, Fine Arts & Home Science. Each lab is fully equipped and updated. During practicals in Chemistry, Biology & Home Science, it is compulsory to wear white aprons and follow safety rules.
Experienced Faculty
A team of well educated and experienced team is part of the school.
transportation
Field Trips and educational tours are organised as a part of school activities. Children of lower primary and primary classes are taken for picnics. Students are expected to take part in these tours and field trips, as they form an integral part of learning.
Smart classes
Our school has adopted a new age of technology i.e. Smart Classes for visual presentation of topic which improves effectiveness and better understanding, making learning an enjoyable experience for students.
CANTEEN
The school canteen serves light snacks and other eatables. Care is taken to maintain the quality of the food stuff and the hygienic aspects. Student may avail this facility during recess only. However, they are advised to bring home made food. They should throw the wrappers, cans, disposable bags, etc. into the litterbins, so as to keep the canteen area clean.
CLINIC
The School attends the students for any minor injury/ sickness. He/She is looked after by a qualified nurse. Parents are requested to let the school know about the health problems of their wards for more effective follow up. The school cannot be held responsible for major injury suffered by a child in school. No reimbursement of charges would be made towards any medical treatment.
CELEBRATIONS /FESTIVALS
The School celebrates various special occasions and festivals. This helps the students to understand their culture and appreciate the concept of unity in diversity. These celebrations are organised in different forms such as special assembly, cultural programs etc.
